If your carrier is "brand new in package":
-in its original packaging
-with all tags attached
-still appears and smells brand new in package
-has been purchased in the last 30 days
I can offer you a full 100% “brand new in package" refund via your original payment method.
If your carrier is "like new in package":
-meets all but one of the criteria for “brand new in package” refunds
I can offer you a 100% store credit “like new in package” refund towards the next carrier of your choice.
If your carrier is “used":
-does not meet criteria for ‘like new in package” refunds
I can offer you (depending on the carrier's condition) a percentage of store credit towards the next carrier of your choice
Conditions that will qualify your carrier as “used” are:
-drool*, spit up, or other stains, pet hair, strong odors, or lint on carrier
-particularly wrinkled carriers
-missing carrier instructions, registrations cards, packaging
